Greece is the word....... 

 A K Lamb Associates (KLA) delivery team had the great pleasure of delivering our first Incident Command Course in Athens, Greece. Not in association with any Fire Service, a select group of Incident Commanders from a recognised Rescue Organisation requested a SFJ Awards, Level 3 (ICL1) Award Course. Our team commented that the enthusiasm and interest shown in the content was a credit to them and hopefully as a direct result more trips will be planned. 

 In Humberside Fire a member of the KLA team of Associates supported the in-house delivery of two SFJ Awards, Level 3 (ICL1) Award in Initial Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Service. Part of an ongoing arrangement, Humberside FRS Incident Command Team facilitate the course aided with assessment by our team member. This approach ensures consistency of delivery at the same time complimenting their assessor cadre. Using XVR and the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool, the course content went down well with the delegates. 

 The annual Effective Command Standardisation and Assessor Training Days continue, this week 2 more Fire Services, Northamptonshire Fire and Royal Berkshire Fire, welcome a KLA Associate who will be facilitating the days. This day is part of the annual subscription for Services and is always well received.  

 Katherine Lamb is super excited about the country wide interest being shown in all K Lamb Associates Incident Command Training Products. Work continues in finalising our first SFJ Awards, Certificated Course aimed at Incident Command Training for Fire Service Control Officers. This course is in addition to and compliments the successful launch of the tailored EC Behavioural Marking Tool for the same area.
