The Power of Three......

The Power of Three......

 K Lamb Associates Strategic Assessment Team facilitated yet another SFJ Awards, Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command in Fire and Rescue Services. Three different services took part, Northants, Leicestershire and international delegates from Bermuda.

 In Humberside Fire our team delivered 2 days of ICL3 Revalidation Assessments. In-line with National Operational Guidance, delegates dealt with challenging and complex scenarios built to reflect real risks in their service area. Use of the Command Support Team and various functional officers added to the realism.

 Greater Manchester hosted a K Lamb Associates delivery team who facilitated a SFJ Awards, Level 4 Award in Designing and Delivering Incident Command Training. The excellent state of the art training facilities GMFRS have, enhanced the learning environment over the 3-days. Six delegates joined the course from various services, Northamptonshire Fire, Tyne & Wear Fire, Bedfordshire Fire, North Yorkshire Fire and Hampshire Fire. Delegate feedback received so far includes;

“KLA delivered another outstanding course full of quality input from very skilled trainers. Fast paced but fun which was pitched just right.” SFJ Level 4 D&D

“The course instructors were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Sharing best practice with numerous services around the country has enhanced my knowledge and given me the skills to further develop myself and my department.” SFJ Level 4 D&D

Our team were invited by Lincolnshire Fire for the first time to facilitate a day of ICL2 Revalidation Assessments. A great day for it, Lincolnshire Fire’s delegates, command support team and functional officers all benefitted from the on-site facilitation. A chance to use their own processes and equipment added to the experience. We look forward to working again with this service. Great feedback received so far

“The input from the instructor was informative and relevant. They delivered it in a relaxed style that promoted learning.” Linc ICL2
